Also operating as Northern Ireland’s leading dairy company, with further bases in England and Scotland, Dale Farm proudly produces and markets a huge range of dairy products made from the high-quality milk produced by its farmer members. Previously known as United Dairy Farmers, Dale Farm has been producing and innovating in dairy for decades, selling its products to more than 45 countries around the world.

The Delivery

Dale Farm turned to AgrosMilk to solve these pain points between its employees and farmers. Owing to its extensive experience in helping dairy firms manage supply chain relations, we quickly understood the challenge and identified the AgrosMilk App, iMilk, as the answer. A fully integrated solution containing several of our key applications, the AgrosMilk App enables real-time access to milk quantity and quality data, as well as critical information via member profiles.

The iMilk app is an all-in-one mobile tool that enables Dale Farm to facilitate the seamless management of relationships between its employees and supplier network. Cutting the need for paper-based processes, all a user requires is a smartphone and a data connection.

The iMilk app offers convenience via instant access to critical information and data which is used to inform discussions with Dale Farm members. It also allows farmers to use self-service applications, via an easy-to-navigate interface.
